For your convenience, Owners Suite at Signature MGM Grand has provided a fully automated reservation system for our clients use. Whether or not you are one of our exclusive clients or our non-exclusive clients, simply input your information in the reservation system and we will make sure that your unit has been through housekeeping and is ready for you or your guests arrival. At Owners Suites at Signature, providing 5-star service is our passion.
Maintenance
Owners Suites Maintenance® provides all maintenance services for our clients on a per occurrence basis. In this department, we can dispatch our professionals to make sure that your unit is in complete working order for you and your guests 24 hours a day.

Housekeeping
For our exclusive clients, Owners Suites at Signature offers both daily refresh and daily check-out housekeeping services for our clients starting at just $19/refresh and only $29/checkout cleaning for a junior suite. For the one-bedroom suite at the Signature, our prices are just $29/refresh and $49 for a checkout clean.
For our non-exclusive clients, Owners Suites at Signature is proud to also offer both daily refresh and daily check-out housekeeping services for our clients starting at just $25/refresh and $39/check-out for a junior suite. For the one-bedroom suite at the Signature, our prices are just $35/refresh and $59/checkout clean.

Owners Suites Select Housekeeping ® provides the room under our care with the treatment that units at a 5-star hotel would come to expect from hypo-allergenic detergents and cleaners to the finest linens and bath goods. In order to maintain the integrity of the property and the Signature brand, it is imperative that all rooms with the property are of the same caliber. Accounting
Owners Suites offers full service bookkeeping and accounting for all of our clients. In addition, Owners Suites processes our clients' rental income faster than any other company in Las Vegas. Within 5 business days, our clients have their wire transfer on its way to their bank account. Our full service staff is available to take your questions 5 days a week.
